May 2018

Monthly Newsletter May seems to be the actual beginning of spring in CNY this year, so let’s hope it is a good one. The annual Needlework Exhibit is hung in the lobby of the Canal Barn for all to see throughout the month. Please take time to stop & see all the pieces these talented ladies have created. Voting for your favorite work will bring one lucky stitcher a gift certificate to A Stitcher’s Garden. And on a personal note, anyone who has the availability (which I understand is limited) and is interested, you can see my daughter-in-law, Virginia Cummings appear on Jeopardy on May 25th! The episode was filmed months ago but we don’t know how she did due to strict confidentiality agreements. We are going to a party for viewing and I’m thinking she probably did well as she is an intelligent woman and an accomplished trivia player! Wishing you all a Happy Memorial Day & Happy Stitching!
