April 2018

Monthly Newsletter Spring didn’t really appear with all the snow we had in March, so hopefully April will not fool us but start to act more spring-like. Soon. Nonetheless March was busy with lots of new merchandise from market, our retreat and two trunk shows. We currently have Summerhouse Stitche Workes show in the shop with some of Beth’s beautiful models and charts. April is also the month we prepare for our May Needlework Exhibit. I hope that many of you would be willing to share your accomplishments with us and let use them to display for the month of May. People coming into the barn can vote for their favorite piece and the stitcher with the most votes will win a gift certificate to A Stitcher’s Garden. Completed work you wish to enter in the Exhibit should be dropped off at the shop the week of April 23rd-28th. So, I hope to be seeing many of you when you come to see the trunk show, new merchandise, or to drop off Exhibit pieces. Happy Easter, Happy Passover, & Happy Stitching, Jan
